Is it going to be super mystical?I aim to make grounded, practical experience. Spirituality is intangible enough. I do not think adding unecessary things will help the to get more accurate messages, on the contrary. The less fluff there is, the more we can understand it. The cards aren’t so magic; they’re tools for reflection and mirrors for us to project and understand what is coming from inside us. So it is going to be "boring" but it doesn't keep unusual things to happen.

Will you tell me exactly what to do or decide for me?No — my role is to help you see your situation from fresh perspective and with inputs you wouldn't have known otherwise. But YES — I will tell you what emotional path can help you get to where you want. I’ll point out patterns, possible outcomes, and hidden factors, but the final decision is yours. My job is to empower, not parenting or dictate "THE ONE TRUE PATH". I don't believe there's only one.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with my reading?I take my work seriously, and client experience matters. If you genuinely feel your reading missed the mark or didn’t deliver value, you’re welcome to reach out within the first week to discuss it. While I don’t offer refunds for completed sessions, I do offer a follow-up conversation if something needs clarifying — because your understanding and growth are the priority. Why the first week ? In the past, clients have come back to me 1 week after the reading telling me I was right. So, just let it sink, forget it, and it will happen. Otherwise, I'll be happy to partially refund you up to 50%.

How do your readings usually work? What should I expect from the session?My readings are structured, focused, and completely centered around you. I'll start by reading without you telling me anything to make sure the reading doesn't start biased. Then from my initial reading you will be able to add more input to what has been said and I'll keep reading with the informations you gave me.

What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit, as that time was reserved for you alone. Life happens — if there’s an emergency, just contact me directly and we’ll work it out fairly.

Do you do predictions?Because what's the point of focusing on the future when you don't have your sh*t together in the present? I do not focus on predicting the future. But reading the future does happen, sometimes. I am not against it. I prefer allowing you to become your best version now so you can handle anything that comes to you, like the futre.

Do you ever tell people things they might not want to hear?Yes — but always with care and purpose. I believe growth starts when we stop hiding from what needs to be addressed. If something challenging comes up, I won’t sugarcoat it, but I’ll leave you a constructive and supportive guidance to work with.

Do I need to have a question in mind before booking?Having a question is good but not necessary. General readings can unveil stuff that we forgot to look at and appear to be far more interesting as you learn a bit more about yourself and your underlying reasons that affect your behaviour. So you do not have to. But general readings are helpful. My clients usually come to me when everything feels okay. In this case, they can work on something they wouldn't have been able to work on if they weren't in this mindset.

How do you handle sensitive topics?With absolute care, and confidentiality. If something sensitive arises, I treat it with the respect it deserves, with no judgement (life is hard enough) while still offering the clarity you’re here for. You’ll be supported and equipped to face what’s ahead. The only thing we aim here is personal growth 🖤.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
