If you've ever felt drawn to the tarot but didn’t know where to start — or wished you had someone to learn with — my group tarot classes are here to offer structure, clarity, and a good laugh. These are not performance-based workshops or overly “woo” spiritual spaces. They are designed learning environments where you can discover yourself and build confidence in your tarot practice, deepen your understanding of the cards, and learn how to read for yourself (and others) in a way that is grounded, ethical, and personal.

My group classes are ideal for beginners, returning readers, and the tarot-curious who prefer to learn in the company of others. There’s something powerful about learning tarot in a small group — hearing how others interpret the same card differently, listening to questions you hadn’t thought to ask, and realising you’re not the only one wondering how on earth to connect the Seven of Cups to your Tuesday afternoon. These shared learning moments are often what make the biggest difference. Whether you’re hoping to bring tarot into your personal life, creative work, or simply want to experience the structure and beauty of the deck for yourself, you’ll find these sessions both informative and welcoming.

Each course or class is designed around core themes — from tarot foundations and card meanings to spreads, intuitive reading, and building your confidence as a reader without having to learn each card of the Rider Waite Smith. You’ll learn about the Major and Minor Arcana, the significance of the four suits (Cups, Pentacles, Swords and Wands), how to understand the court cards, and how to approach common layouts like the three-card spread and other practical frameworks. We’ll also explore the energy behind each card, so you’re not just memorising meanings — you’re learning how to feel your way through a reading with clarity and purpose.

You’ll be encouraged to read the cards for yourself right from the start — no gatekeeping, no guru-talk. Just real conversation, real practice, and real insight. You’ll also get access to prompts, recorded resources, and optional homework to help you integrate what you learn between sessions.

Tarot isn’t something you need to learn in isolation. Tarot reading thrives in dialogue. One person sees a message about boundaries in a card, while another sees a message about courage. Both are right — and this is where group learning becomes a mirror, showing you that all comes through you, but also in your own ways of thinking and feeling.

My teaching style is direct, practical and friendly–I hope. I don’t believe in overwhelming you with jargon or pretending that tarot is something only a few special people can access. I believe tarot belongs to everyone — and that your personal experience is just as valid as any book definition. I provide structure, guidance, and feedback — but ultimately, you’ll be supported to understand your own reading voice.

Classes are held either online (via Zoom), and I keep the groups intentionally small so that everyone has space to speak, ask questions, and feel heard. It’s not a lecture — it’s a shared learning experience where we practice a lot. Sessions typically run between 90 minutes and 2 hours, and are delivered in short series (3-week, 4-week, or 6-week formats), depending on the theme. You’ll receive clear notes, session recordings (for online courses), and extra resources so you can go at your own pace if you need to revisit anything.

Some of the themes we’ve explored in previous group classes include:

  • Tarot Foundations for Beginners – learning the structure of the deck, how to shuffle, ask questions, and interpret cards.

  • The Court Cards Demystified – understanding Pages, Knights, Queens and Kings in a way that actually makes sense.

  • Spreads and Storytelling – moving beyond one-card pulls and learning to read across multiple cards with confidence.

  • Major Arcana Deep Dive – exploring the archetypes and spiritual lessons of the Fool’s Journey.

  • Reading Intuitively – trusting your instincts while still grounding in traditional meanings.

  • Reading for Others Ethically – how to hold space, communicate clearly, and honour boundaries.

Whether you're here to use tarot for creative reflection, emotional insight, self-guidance, or simply because you’ve always wanted to learn, there’s room for you in the circle. Many students come with zero experience and leave reading for others within the first session — not because they’ve become experts, but because they found a way to let themselves go and try.

There is no single “right” way to read tarot. But there are solid foundations that make the process smoother, more intuitive, and more meaningful. That’s what we build together in these classes. You’ll gain skills that stay with you for life — how to slow down and reflect, how to ask better questions, how to trust your inner compass, and how to engage with symbolism and story in a way that resonates.

If you’re someone who’s been quietly Googling “best tarot classes online UK,” or “how to read tarot with confidence,” or maybe even “can I learn tarot if I’m not intuitive?” — the answer is yes, and you’re in the right place. These classes aren’t about being perfect or psychic. They’re about being curious, open, and willing to explore.

So if you’re ready to dive into tarot with support, structure, and a bit of soul — join an upcoming group class. You’ll be welcomed into a thoughtful community of learners, given tools you can actually use, and invited to engage with tarot in a way that’s personal, clear, and grounded.

Tarot is not about getting the right answer. It’s about asking better questions. And that’s exactly what we do together, one card at a time.
