Maison Tarot started in 2021, but the story began long before that—with questions, not answers. I didn’t grow up believing in anything specific. I was spiritually curious, but skeptical. I liked talking about “what could be” in a philosophical way, but I never believed what someone told me unless I could verify it for myself. That’s still how I move through life. When people speak about spiritual truths, I quietly place them on a mental shelf labeled: “Maybe. You never know.”

Before I ever touched a tarot deck, I had vivid, lucid dreams—and then one day, a voice told me my friend would be in an accident. Two weeks later, he was. That moment cracked something open in me. I became more curious about astrology, symbols, and the idea that maybe there’s more to intuition than I’d allowed myself to explore.

A few months later, friends bought me a tarot deck. I wasn’t planning to use it, but I thought, “Why not?” I found online spaces to practice and started reading for people. Four months in, I had read for over 300 strangers. I invited some of them to read for me too—not as a test, but because I saw in them the same hesitation I once had. The most rewarding part wasn’t just giving insight, but watching someone else realize they could do it too.
